My hit-and-run experience was fortunately without injury but my property damage wasn't getting covered; I was on the hook for a large deductible. Although my case may not warrant retention of an attorney, Nick called me promptly and very generously offered great advice regarding how to proceed in good faith with insurance adjusters and regulators to recoup losses for which the other driver bears full responsibility.
