I'm impressed with their office setting and support Staff. Parking, locations, offices are State Wide, safe and secure. Those whom I have met are friendly, professional, supportive, clear and concise. They have great support over weekends or after hours. Their staff are experienced and provide opportunity to clarify issues at your last appt and "today". You can speak freely and any "boundaries" or reminders are reminded. My family doctor referred me to LifeStance & got me the best psychiatrist possible. I started seeing Nicole back in May and she treats me like an actual human and listens to me. Nicole has been working her butt off to find the best medication to fit me. Nicole is absolutely an amazing doctor and such a gem to work with. & the convenience of doing my apts on my phone at home is such a blessing to say the least!
