Nicole Wolf handled the sale of my house in Lawrenceville. She had very good marketing ideas. For instance, she proposed "staging" my house which I did. That meant bringing in contemporary furniture and design ideas and removing all personal items. I believe it worked. In the first 3 weeks there must have been 30 different prospects at the house.
