Nikki has been a godsend. She offers medical and holistic advice as opposed to automatically increasing meds. I also appreciate that she shows genuine concern and also that we work as a team to find solutions/ways to cope.
I highly recommend Nikki, she is empathetic, genuine,warm, attentive, knowledgeable and makes you feel heard. Nikki created a safe environment for me to open up and discuss how I'm feeling. Nikki really listens and provides wonderful feedback/suggestions/ coping strategies.
Nikki glass was amazing. She took her time with me. She was kind & made it easy for me as I am a person coming to her after having my other therapist for 6plus year. She made me feel at easy after just meeting her. Also the receptionist was very kind, helpful, & understanding. I think I made a good decision deciding to make the switch. Thanks so much.
