I highly recommend Nikki, she is empathetic, genuine,warm, attentive, knowledgeable and makes you feel heard. Nikki created a safe environment for me to open up and discuss how I'm feeling. Nikki really listens and provides wonderful feedback/suggestions/ coping strategies.
I love that Nikki listens when I am talking and doesn't seem distracted. She talks on my level. She is always on time, I never have to wait. She doesn't make me feel rushed.
Nikki glass very very unprofessional, She put you through the wringer she has to do bloodwork. She has to do a urine drug screen. I’m surprised you don’t have you do a D&A test as well. No Joke She listens to you, but she does not help you. She wants you to suffer through your anxiety or stress issues or panic conditions before offering anything to you, but she still does not offer or call anything in prior to the blood work drug screen test or anything like that. Nikki glass was amazing. She took her time with me. She was kind & made it easy for me as I am a person coming to her after having my other therapist for 6plus year. She made me feel at easy after just meeting her. Also the receptionist was very kind, helpful, & understanding. I think I made a good decision deciding to make the switch. Thanks so much.
Best MH professional interaction I’ve had, and compared to in person backlog wait of 3 months to get an appointment vs my wait of two business days for this one, I’m gonna say don’t get discouraged and wait for an initial in person assessment.
