Receptionist and nurses are always great (helpful and friendly)from start to finish! I really love the doctors as well. My Doctor is Dennis Ruppel, he’s been my doctor for about five years. He’s always informative when it comes to my health and he is a pleasure to talk with. When he was out for a few months and I was told I would get Dr. Nipen Katel and can honestly say I was not happy to hear this! Dr. Nipen Katel has been great! Apparently you guys do not have a flaw in your staff. I actually enjoy my visits every time.
Dr Nipen Katel is my PCP. I have several medical issues and he stays on top of my care. He also keeps an eye on my care with my other specialist and that gives me so much peace of mind. I really have found a treasure with Dr. Katel because he keeps my quality of life in a great place. I am so very thankful for him.
Dr. Katel is very kind, always on time and he takes time and care with my appointments. I've had a wonderful experience with him and his nurse!
Absolutely love Dr Katel!!! He is patient and takes his time listening to you. Does not rush you out of the office. So happy he is with this office
