Dr. Nirupama Natarajan was chronically late to our appointments, usually 15-30 minutes late, sometimes over an hour late. Her bedside manner can best be described as tactless, if not downright non-existent. Our sessions were often embarrassingly bad; she paid minimal attention and provided even less interest or empathy. Unprofessional through and through. Don't waste your time.

First of all Dr. Natarajan is always late. Many times more than 30 minutes. My last visit wa 40 minutes! If I had not needed my prescriptions called in for refills I would have left the waiting room. Other than that I like Dr. Natarajan.

Dr Natarajan always forgets to add a refill for my Effexor ER, even though I’ve asked her to, since I only see her online once every two months. I called her office and asked her secretary to please have Dr Natarajan refill my script. I called my pharmacy and the refill was still not sent in, so I called the office again asking for a refill, finally it got sent to pharmacy, but now the pharmacy wouldn’t have my Effexor until the next day. The MD providers I've seen have been great. The NPs, like nearly all NPs, are incompetent. The office staff is largely unreachable and will try their hardest to practice medicine without a license by telling you they can lean on providers to control your medication. They will also tell you what modalities the provider can and cannot use. If you don't want them to have that power, don't see an NP here.
