Jordan was my advisor and did a tremendous job at communicating. He was kind and knowledgeable. Ηe suggested a few extra things my car needed and walked me through them. This made me more comfortable. He is very approachable and trustworthy. I will be back to this location with all my car needs!!
Terrible service. I came in for a warranty-covered oil change and was completely ignored. No greeting, no check‑in, nothing. Staff sat inside while I waited outside. When someone finally came out, he told me “one second” and never returned. I left and won’t be coming back. Night‑and‑day difference from the excellent service at Nissan McGavock in Lubbock.
The nissan of mckinney has the worst service experience. Been waiting for 3+ hours for a simple recall service + oil change and they did nothing so far on my nissan rogue. When asked they are yet to start the service despite waiting for 3 hours. The way how they treat is so bad. Also the service person is asking due you want me to pull the vehicle to go home without doing anything. Will never come back here and will never buy. I dont recommend them to anyone.
Something changed in last couple of months. I dont see nissan representative care about old customers anymore. Had to wait for more than 20 mins to get an hold of anyone, even though i booked appointment in advance for service. Also for some reason they would not clean second row of car. I get better service for car from other brand even after 3 years of purchase.
