The service team at Nissan in McKinney is the best! My advisor Abraham was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I received service from this location twice. My first experience was great, but my second experience was somehow even better?! Wow, 10 out of 10 customer service from the entire team. I was updated throughout the entire process and in and out in no time! This location will be my new go-to for all of my Sentra’s service needs.
Yesterday I went to this dealership for a simple nitrogen refill on my 2025 nissan kicks tires as they read only 28 psi each. To my disbelief, the guy at the service center said that they don't carry nitrogen and want to top it off with regular air and that he doesn't even know if theres nitrogen on the tires. We bought the car in August of this year, and the window sticker says LIFETIME NITROGEN on it, a $ 299.00 was added to the price. How can you add an amount for a service that you don't have? I brought my 2018 Nissan Titan SV pickup on March 23, 2024 to replace 4 tires on the truck also changed all eight spark plugs they claim. Got the truck back with parts missing from the engine. Nissan service department is getting from bad to worse. All that for $1000. By the way I bought my own tires. Nissan customers make sure you have professional to double check the work Nissan service department do on your vehicle
