Jordan was my advisor and did a tremendous job at communicating. He was kind and knowledgeable. Ηe suggested a few extra things my car needed and walked me through them. This made me more comfortable. He is very approachable and trustworthy. I will be back to this location with all my car needs!!

The service team at Nissan in McKinney is the best! My advisor Abraham was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I received service from this location twice. My first experience was great, but my second experience was somehow even better?! Wow, 10 out of 10 customer service from the entire team. I was updated throughout the entire process and in and out in no time! This location will be my new go-to for all of my Sentra’s service needs.
Great place to take your car for service. Joseph Garcia was very attentive and helpful. He kept in contact with me the entire my car was being working on and even called me on his day off! I definitely recommend you ask for him.
