I stopped by recently for a discounted oil change and had a great experience. The service was incredibly fast! What really stood out, though, was how attentive and respectful the staff and management were. I thought it was a great idea for them to have free gelato as well to keep you busy while you wait for your oil change to be done. It’s not often you find a place that balances efficiency with that kind of genuine care. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services.
Got my oil change here and while me and my mom waited we went over to the gas station store and they have food and amazing customer service: both at the gas station and in the mechanic area! chase helped serve our food and when we went to get drinks he put our food under the heat lamp so it would stay warm I HIGHLY recommend coming here to get an oil change or to drop by to get food!
I gotta say this place impressed me! Walking in I noticed that they’re lube express Bay was spotless! All the stuff they used to do oil changes and the extra filters and stuff neatly arranged, and the floor was super clean. Very well organized. I also saw a guy pressure washing the area around the fuel pumps, everything was clean and nice looking outside. When I went inside to use the bathroom, I found that it was spotless! We absolutely love Nitro! The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind—they make every visit a great experience. Their chicken is amazing, and the gelato is seriously some of the best around! It’s not often you find a gas station with food this good and customer service that’s even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t already!
Stopped by this gas station recently and it seems like a pretty solid spot. The location is convenient and easy to access, which makes getting in and out quick and stress-free. The pumps look well-maintained and everything seems to be running smoothly. Inside, the store appears clean and organized, with a good selection of snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials.
