RecommendedVery friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to see me quickly and made sure I was informed every step of the process. Also the little touches like marking sure I was comfortable, providing sunglasses and a blanket was great. The pain control was so good I fell asleep during the procedure.

My husband needed a root canal and I needed two root canals. Dr. El-Refai and her staff took wonderful care of us. From Donna in the front office, who is always so pleasant, to Dr. El-Refai's assistant who did her best to make me comfortable, to Dr. El-Refai's skills and kind demeanor, we always felt like we were in good hands. I had an abscessed tooth and needed my second root canal asap and they squeezed me onto the schedule the day I called. I had a root canal done this morning and everything went very smoothly with absolutely no pain except a little with the Novocain shots. Dr. El-Refai was very thorough and answered all my questions. Her assistant was very efficient and really knew her job. Both of them were very caring and made the procedure a great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. El-Refai’s more than a few times in the past several years. Each and every time, my comfort and pain management are a priority. EVERYTHING is explained to me, using my X-rays and detailed imaging. I am always given plenty of time to ask questions and I get complete, detailed answers. Dr. El-Refai and her staff are excellent at what they do!
