Sawyer spent so much time at my grandfathers house. He was very detailed and gave us some great information. Matt come out to my house 2 weeks ago. I have never had service so detailed. These technicians take their time, clean up, and look for everything before they even treat. We had issues with ants, mosquitoes, and flies and we have seen a major difference! No ants and I can actually enjoy my backyard with my dogs now. Great customer service!
Matt has been fantastic from the beginning! He is very thorough and has gone above and beyond my average pest control experiences. Their communication is prompt, their prices are competitive, and for no contract the service is always excellent! The company is also local, and not some big corporation, which greatly shows in their level of care for their customers.
Had first quarterly seasonal treatment before the weather warms up. Sawyer was very nice, my dog liked him, which is always a great sign. He was even willing to put shoe covers on. Received text and notification before arrival. He paid close attention to the areas I said my dog was a frequent sleeper and avoided treating those areas. He seemed very thorough. Tyler and Josh did an incredible job! I used to have home team pest defense and changed over due how much extra services their company covers. They were very thorough, kind, and great customer service. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and looking forward to using y’all from here on out!
Had Noco knock on my door offering services, was initially weary but Tyler and Caleb went over the top to make sure I was comfortable and understood the services they offered. Noco was a bit higher than previous pest control services I’ve had but I gave them a shot. Sawyer was the tech who came out and perform the service and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service our home received.
