Don't waste your time if you're from out of town. I'm coming into town for business, I requested a quote to see how much they would charge me to kennel my dog. They wouldn't even tell me a price until I visited their location to tour it, how can I tour it if I'm not from STL? I explained the situation twice, they were very unhelpful but lead me to believe it was doable, now that I need to kennel my dog, they won't even answer me anymore so I have to figure out what to do at the very last minute. Horrible experience
