Verified Renter My experience moving into Townhomes at Sendera Trails has been a completely positive one. The leasing office employees and the maintenance staff are diligent and swiftly addressed all of my questions, concerns, and service requests. The recently renovated units are a great place to spend time, and the location is extremely convenient for everything you need (groceries, restaurants, highways, etc). I'm happy I leased here and I look forward to the year ahead.

Verified Renter I have been a resident of this community for going on four years and have lived in an older townhome and then recently moved into one of the newly renovated ones. I love my new townhome. The staff is always helpful and courteous and the maintenance is superb here.

Verified Renter If you are looking for a great spacious townhome with a wonderful community and knowledgeable, helpful friendly office personnel and maintenance staff, this is where you should call home. My daughter and I have lived here going on 4 years now and love it! We recently moved into our newly renovated townhome and are really enjoying it. Should any maintenance issues arise, they are taken care of quickly. Your four-legged family members will love it too-from the dog park to the new bathing station!

Verified Renter Sender Trails is a charming community. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is pleasant, polite and professional. The units are bright and cheerful and the floor plans are different from the average. The landscaping is well planned and makes for a beautiful walk around the community. I am quite pleased with my choice to live here!
