Dr. ManPig called me by the wrong name at my appointment and when I followed up to ask for clarification about my test results and what was done during my procedure and I received a dismissal letter from the office. Not sure why, amd when I called back to ask what the deal is. The note says I was dismissed for asking about test results and I wouldn't ever be allowed to see another doctor at this clinic.
Got to the facility and was tended to immediately, hardly had time to fill out paperwork before I was called back. Nurses were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and had a good sense of humor, which made me feel a ease. My endoscopy was quick, awoke with no hangover. Dr Settergren was great, recommend without reservation. Would've given 5 stars were it not for the prep, which was the worst part of the procedure. 😬😁
I recently had an EGD with Dr. Settergren. Check in was very quick, and I was called right back. I was very impressed with how organized the whole thing was from scheduling the initial appointment, through completion of the procedure. I was very nervous upon arrival, and the nurses as well as Dr. Settergren were able to calm my nerves and make me feel at ease about it by explaining everything thoroughly and just really went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Settergren has always been super personable. He is thorough, compassionate and always has a lot of good information to share. I found that he listens to you, and doesn't rush thru and appointment. His bedside manner is really good. I would recommend him to anyone.
DR. Settergren did a procedure on me 1-28-21 at UCHealth - Greeley and was excellent on informing me of the procedure I was going to have on 1-28-21. He answered my questions promptly along with telling me what he was going to do. DR. Settergren is very knowledgeable and I felt impressed before going into my procedure. He called me at home to see how I was doing along with a follow up about my procedure. Thank You DR. Settergren.
