OUTSTANDING! I don’t even know how to say how incredible the service was. I called Noma at 9:30AM on a Saturday, as we lost our iPhone through a city grate the night before. This was not at all something that Noma usually handles but Kevin was more than willing to try to find a solution. He was kind, prompt, and extremely professional. He reviewed the phone location, looked at Google maps, and came up with a plan to recover the phone.
