Came here after seeing a video on TikTok and the food was alright. We ended up getting a little of everything to get a chance to taste the different things on the menu. At each table there is a QR code in which you scan and order from your phone which we loved! Once we ordered the food didn’t take long to come. The soup dumplings are good to get. The portions for the hand pulled noodles are HUGE. If you're thinking about getting multiple dishes, just know you will be bringing a lot home. The flavors are there, very Szechuan. The lemon drops are good. Hand pictured for scale.
We stopped by here during our stay for my daughter's soccer game. Food tasted really authentic and waiter,waitress was very friendly. I see 90% Chinese customer, which means the right place to come .. 😆 we ordered 3 dishes and a soup for 3 people. We were stuffed, and had to pack the soup to go. Highly recommend for not only local but travelers.
Overall very good. My noodle dish was cold. Waitress said that’s the way that dish comes but she offered to warm it up for me. Wish that was written on the menu, maybe I missed it.
It’s a funny story about how we discovered the Noodle Dynasty. One day, I was searching for Noodle or Chinese restaurants in Google Maps. The Noodle Dynasty popped up. One of the review was caught my eyes, which said that noodle was too long and chewy, it needs scissors to cut them. ‘Damn, that’s exactly the kind of handmade noodles we have been looking for in US.’ I immediately told my husband that we needed to make a trip to Beaverton.
