DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I was a student looking for a quiet snd private studio for myself and my cat. Let me start this review by first explaining you don’t get much for what you pay for. I had the biggest room layout offered but still felt cramped and uncomfortable. The “kitchen” is a sink, a microwave, and a hot plate (which stopped working a month after moving in). Had a situation where some packages got delivered to the wrong address — Xaia went out of her way to resolve the situation, with such kindness and sweetness too. Was such a pleasure to interact with her!!! Thank you Xaia!
I lived here for two years with excellent experience. 10 min to my lab in UW campus and many restaurants in 3 min. My room is quiet in 7th floor and on the roof you have a great view of Seattle downtown. With all necessary furnitures inside, it's convenient and peace of mind for students who don't want to treat with furnitures things. The management staffs are also kind and easy to communicate with.
Overall wonderful experience was lucky enough to have an amazing employees show me around in many units and it was very appreciative of Erica and Nicole's comfortable ways of inviting me and treating me while I was here. If you are considering a great apartment and U district with awesome staff try this first. If I could I would rate it 6 stars
I'm actually surprised at the low reviews. I actually had an okay experience. Whenever I had a service request, it would be completed the next day, the sublease process was super easy (they do it for you basically and you just have to find the person), management was nice, and I got my security deposit back a month after moving out. Nothing to complain about, but also it wasn't anything special.
