Overall wonderful experience was lucky enough to have an amazing employees show me around in many units and it was very appreciative of Erica and Nicole's comfortable ways of inviting me and treating me while I was here. If you are considering a great apartment and U district with awesome staff try this first. If I could I would rate it 6 stars
Dog barking all day long. Don’t expect you can study in your dorm or take a nap during the day. The sound of door closing and dogs barking will keep you awake. Dog pee in the elevator. You’re basically paying 1.5k a month to only be able to sleep 6 hours at night.
Unless if you have absolutely no other options in all of U district, strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND living here! This place is the Spirit Airlines of student housing. You pay for what you get. Your rent literally just covers room and board. No real amenities. No helpful customer service. Very cramped living situation. By reading all the frustration and issue about this apartment I don’t think I want my daughter goes on same stress as your previous students that live on this apartment. Instead of continuing apologizing and making excuses to students tenant how about start fixing all the issues and organizing your staff. Sounds like a very mediocre living condition.
I had terrible experience in establishing communication with this apartment upon exit. I lived here over the summer of 2023 while interning in Seattle. I was charged a whooping $370 in charges for post exit apartment cleaning. Despite numerous requests, I was not provided with the actual vendor receipt for the cleaning charges. Furthermore, the apartment was handed over to me for summer lease with an 'as-is' clause. The minor damages to the wall and windows were pre-existing and not caused by me.
