Nora Apartments uses the awful LuxerOne for mailroom management. You need an entry code via email to get your package, but drivers never scan the barcodes. So, you always have to waste up to an hour calling LuxerOne's useless customer service, who often can't help. Your only hope is that the next driver scans the barcode, which rarely happens. This system is a complete failure and lacks any security.
I lived here for two years with excellent experience. 10 min to my lab in UW campus and many restaurants in 3 min. My room is quiet in 7th floor and on the roof you have a great view of Seattle downtown. With all necessary furnitures inside, it's convenient and peace of mind for students who don't want to treat with furnitures things. The management staffs are also kind and easy to communicate with.
I had terrible experience in establishing communication with this apartment upon exit. I lived here over the summer of 2023 while interning in Seattle. I was charged a whooping $370 in charges for post exit apartment cleaning. Despite numerous requests, I was not provided with the actual vendor receipt for the cleaning charges. Furthermore, the apartment was handed over to me for summer lease with an 'as-is' clause. The minor damages to the wall and windows were pre-existing and not caused by me.

This place has been a disaster. Our mailroom is disorganized and packages are thrown on the ground with zero attendance. I have had hundreds of dollars in items stolen here and nobody in charge cares. The callbox has been broken since I have moved in and has exacerbated problems such as deliveries as well. It feels almost impossible to reach out to management about anything, and getting charged $1500 like normal for a broken apartment as if nothing is wrong is just a slap in the face.
