DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I was a student looking for a quiet snd private studio for myself and my cat. Let me start this review by first explaining you don’t get much for what you pay for. I had the biggest room layout offered but still felt cramped and uncomfortable. The “kitchen” is a sink, a microwave, and a hot plate (which stopped working a month after moving in). Several NORA residents have been seen by the neighbors repeatedly leaving their trash bags next to the dumpster of neighboring buildings. NORA Property Management needs to remind tenant to properly dispose of their garbage only in receptables owned by NORA and not violate the City of Seattle's regulations regarding disposal of garbage.
Overall wonderful experience was lucky enough to have an amazing employees show me around in many units and it was very appreciative of Erica and Nicole's comfortable ways of inviting me and treating me while I was here. If you are considering a great apartment and U district with awesome staff try this first. If I could I would rate it 6 stars
I lived here for two years with excellent experience. 10 min to my lab in UW campus and many restaurants in 3 min. My room is quiet in 7th floor and on the roof you have a great view of Seattle downtown. With all necessary furnitures inside, it's convenient and peace of mind for students who don't want to treat with furnitures things. The management staffs are also kind and easy to communicate with.
Unless if you have absolutely no other options in all of U district, strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND living here! This place is the Spirit Airlines of student housing. You pay for what you get. Your rent literally just covers room and board. No real amenities. No helpful customer service. Very cramped living situation. If you ever need help or have a question for the leasing office - good luck! You'll deal with some of the most hostile and helpless people ever.
