Nora Apartments uses the awful LuxerOne for mailroom management. You need an entry code via email to get your package, but drivers never scan the barcodes. So, you always have to waste up to an hour calling LuxerOne's useless customer service, who often can't help. Your only hope is that the next driver scans the barcode, which rarely happens. This system is a complete failure and lacks any security.

This place is the Spirit Airlines of student housing. You pay for what you get. Your rent literally just covers room and board. No real amenities. No helpful customer service. Very cramped living situation. If you ever need help or have a question for the leasing office - good luck! You'll deal with some of the most hostile and helpless people ever. The only time they actually want to be helpful and approachable is when they spam you like a hundred times (literally every week for months) about renewing. If that's not somethi... read more

I had terrible experience in establishing communication with this apartment upon exit. I lived here over the summer of 2023 while interning in Seattle. I was charged a whooping $370 in charges for post exit apartment cleaning. Despite numerous requests, I was not provided with the actual vendor receipt for the cleaning charges. Furthermore, the apartment was handed over to me for summer lease with an 'as-is' clause. The minor damages to the wall and windows were pre-existing and not caused by me.

I'm actually surprised at the low reviews. I actually had an okay experience. Whenever I had a service request, it would be completed the next day, the sublease process was super easy (they do it for you basically and you just have to find the person), management was nice, and I got my security deposit back a month after moving out. Nothing to complain about, but also it wasn't anything special. The cons for me was the mail room was disorganised (had some packages stolen), lack of parking (which is not their fault), and the... read more

For anyone planning to live here, please don’t. This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived. You will never receive your package, and the leasing office can do nothing for help, they will just tell you that the camera is down:) Besides, some people in the leasing office is very rude (some are nice though) and unhelpful. The apartment is also very old and is not comfortable at all.
