Nora is Helping our Brother adjust to initial management of severe elderly onset neuro divergence. It's intensely complex and compliance has been challenging for him with potential cognitive impairment. She has been very patient and kind, and insightful. She suggests alternative activities and exploration into creative outlets. I hope to meet her someday
