Doug Black was very hands on. He always emailed me or called to let me know the status of my case. He was very thorough and nothing slipped through the cracks. He told me what to except for Depositions, Dr. Appointments and anything to do with the case. He was very concerned about my long term medical condition and referred me to the best medical team.
