Dr. Gilewich has truly been amazing. I’m currently dealing with an abscessed tooth, and he has been incredibly attentive and proactive in managing my care every step of the way. He’s taken the time to explain everything clearly, adjust my treatment as needed with antibiotics, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. His front desk receptionist even called on his behalf to check how I was doing and see if I could come in for a follow up which I thought was amazing. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee Dean for 30+ years. That in itself speaks volumes, as far as a review. And Joanne, my dental hygienist? Nobody finer. The front desk staff are wonderful. Efficient and welcoming. They're the best.
Office was clean and tidy and looked like it had been kept in good condition. The office and equipment looked very up to date and the treatment areas were private rooms rather than the cubicals most dental offices have. Sam was knowledgeable, engaging and able to answer my questions. She was easy to talk to and allowed me time to voice any concerns without interruption.
Dr. Lee Dean is a kind exceptional dentist. He is Very concerned that each individual person is comfortable because having your teeth worked on can be very traumatic. Dr Dean has been our dentist for many years and I highly recommended this office to my friends and they found it as such. Darcy his assistant is very helpful and friendly as well. Christy is a personable gentle hygienist and is very experienced. The reception staff especially Leslie are friendly and welcoming. There is not better place to go.
The staff are always friendly and accommodating. This recent visit was on quick notice as I was on the cancelation call list. The dental hygienist s worked out a plan without me even asking so that I was able to see my regular hygienist. Highly recommend this clinic!!
