It’s a big busy practice but don’t be scared. They take care of you and have experience doctors who know what they are doing. My nurse guy was excellent. I would go back just to get the Great service provided.
2024- Update: Still come here although I live in Decatur. Staff is attentive and efficient. Communications with patients is done mostly through their portal that is not a substitute for a personal call. Unknown effects regarding the application of prescription cream was hard to communicate. 2022-12 Update. Buford Office: After 4 years I still making the 1.5 hour drive to use this office. Sara and the assistant were wonderful to deal with. They showed care and compassion and made me feel welcome! They were great listeners!! They didn’t make me wait either! I was in and out in 30 minutes, including lobby wait time. Great experience!
I have been a patient with this office for YEARS, along with my daughters and sons. The services is great HOWEVER what they charge for an office visit is just beyond unreasonable! It's so disheartening to see that it cost more to sit with the doctor for 15 mins than it does for an hours worth of therapy. This is not an attack towards the doctors or staff but rather the corporation that runs it. Dr Sarah Barr is GREAT. I have went to her for years. The office has changed their billing and now the visits are NOT covered because the way it is submitted to Blue Cross Blue Shield. The lady in billing (number on invoice) is RUDE and will NOT even try to help. Will NOT be back.
