Due to the lack of competence and RESPECT I will NEVER return to North Atlanta Dermatology! These people dropped the ball when it came to billing and deemed it necessary to call me at work a week after my NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT and try to make me feel as though it was some fault of mine. The office manager (shot out to ELAINE) WAS RUDE AND BELLIGERENT and has no business being the face of a professional practice. Very disappointed with them. After I am done paying my bill with them, I will not return to them. I went in to get a mole removed and the doctor said it looked more like a wart than it did a mole so she wasn't going to charge me a cosmetic fee. I knew she was going to be sending it off to get it tested what I didn't know was that their office was also going to charge me for a biopsy skin lesion.
