It took a bit of shopping around and a few missteps to find a veterinary practice we felt comfortable trusting our little furry guy with, and North Buffalo Animal Hospital gets five stars. They diagnosed our older cat with a rare condition that several other practices missed. Have dealt with 3 vets here, each one very knowledgeable and helpful. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a warm and friendly staff. My senior cat had stopped eating and I was able to get an appointment first thing on a Monday. She was examined, given antibiotics and I am happy to say, recovered quickly.
This place was very wonderful. I brought our 2 dogs to them, and they did a great job with the physical. They also explained everything they were doing. Price was very good. They really care for all the animals and the family members.
I just want to give a review to Laurie at North Buffalo Animal Hospital.. I was in contact with 20-30 vets for a gastrointestinal situation with my cat. Laurie at the front desk at North Buffalo Animal Hospital was the most knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic person I called this day... she gave excellent recommendations, and it is appreciated more than she could know!! This newly opened facility met all of my expectations and more, friendly staff, efficient caring treatment. The facility is bright and clean and is not over priced. My dog was treated with affection and care and his problem was solved by capable staff. I highly recommend this welcome addition to our North Buffalo community.
This clinic has taken away what could have been a good end of life for my dog. They diagnosed him with osteosarcoma and gave us incorrect information on our options and next steps, pushing us into believing amputation was almost not optional if we wanted to have anytime with our dog, and that this would make him comfortable again. They did not use due diligence before the amputation - did not check his chest, lungs, other limbs for any signs of cancer.
