​I had surgery today, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the kind lady at check-in set a reassuring tone for the day. The nursing and support staff were absolutely amazing—attentive, compassionate, and incredibly professional. I was even served a great meal afterward, which was a wonderful bonus! Absolutely wonderful place. Clean, quiet, and super friendly staff. My nurse Jay was amazing. He really made sure I was feeling comfortable and safe. The food is the best I've ever eaten at a hospital. Dr Carroll is a wonderful surgeon.

My surgery on my shoulder/rotator cuff area went extremely well, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Dr. Crawford and his entire team were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way. Their guidance and professionalism gave me so much peace through the whole procedure. God could be operating here and I wouldn't go. I went for what should have been a rather routine arthroscopy (torn medial meniscus). Spent almost 4 hours in pre-op (I could have been notified about the delay). It took so long that they moved me to the post-op ward while I was still pre-op. Nobody checked on me after the move. The TV remote was taped together (barely) and didn't work (what a surprise!). The worse however was yet to come. My experience at the North Carolina specialty hospital was amazing. The people are awesome. It felt friendly a very calm and inviting in atmosphere. The nurses, doctors, CNAs, Anesthesiologist, ,everyone is totally approachable. You can talk to them about what you need to talk to them about you can ask questions and they’ll answer with a smile.
