My experience here after knee surgery was outstanding! The staff was what I call Chick-fil-A nurses!!! Very polite, helpful and always had a positive attitude. They made me feel beyond comfortable. Oh and the food is very good! Highly recommended!
During surgery staff was amazing! In recovery I could have not ask for a better Heather and Hannah. Once I was upstairs staying one night nurse Janna day shift and Levi night shift where amazing, caring, loving nurses. The food was perfect! I can’t say enough good things about this hospital!😀 There isn't anything negative!
Hospitals and surgery are always stressful and never fun. However the North Carolina Specialty Hospital's level of customer care is amazing. I could write far too many words here but i won't. I'll just say that every single employee that I had the pleasure of interacting with (from check-in to check-out) obviously love their job and and have a genuine interest in making sure your time there goes well. Unlike any other hospital I've ever been to, they are Special and amazing at what they do.
I had hernia surgery at NCSH yesterday morning and was very pleased with the whole experience. From the moment I began interacting with the team, they were professional, friendly, personable and helpful. It started with a call I received from Angie. She did the initial intake. From the moment I walked through the doors, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made what could have been a stressful situation so much more manageable—and even pleasant.
