I had a very good experience at N. Cascade Implant Surgery Center. Dr. Peter Kim did 2 tooth extractions and 2 implant surgeries for me. Both times everything went smoothly with minimal discomfort. His staff is very pleasant and efficient. Everything was explained ahead of time and they made sure I was comfortable, both with billing/payment & during the procedures. Dr. Kim is very professional, yet personable. He has my trust and confidence for any future need of his services.
Dr. Kim and his staff are an excellent example of a great team. He is truly a master surgeon; I have felt worse from getting a tooth filling than I did from the extraction he did. One day icing, a few pain meds the first day and I was fine. He thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions before the surgery. His staff from the front desk to the various techs are personable and knowledgeable. And his office is 10 minutes from where I live!
I had lower teeth pulled Tuesday under sedation at North Cascade Implant Oral Surgery. Dr Kim and his staff quieted all my nerves and anxiety. The whole office from Receptionist to Dr Kim and associates were and are outstanding from first getting my appointment to saying goodbye and calling me next day to see how I was doing. From the receptionist who was able to get me in for a consult that was the same day as another appt (which is important because I have to schedule around ferries) to the PA who was friendly and reassuring, the entire staff was professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Kim was clear and direct and made the consult, the surgery and the follow up easy to understand and left room for questions and concerns. I am only disappointed that they cannot be part of my primary care team! (Not a ton of reasons for oral surgery 😂)
Thank you to Dr. Kim and his awesom staff. They are friendly and very respectful. No Stress, no pain and no pushyness. They listen to me and heard me.
