Dr. Kim and his staff are an excellent example of a great team. He is truly a master surgeon; I have felt worse from getting a tooth filling than I did from the extraction he did. One day icing, a few pain meds the first day and I was fine. He thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions before the surgery. His staff from the front desk to the various techs are personable and knowledgeable. And his office is 10 minutes from where I live!
Excellent service. I had three long neglected teeth that needed removal. I was going to exhaust my dental insurance so I had to be clear what I would have to pay out of pocket. Everything worked out just as they said with no unpleasant surprises. I followed the excellent pre- surgery instructions and was in and out of the procedure in a little over half an hour. Considering the surgery I had done, my experience with Dr. Kim and his wonderful staff was fantastic. Everyone in the office was friendly, competent, caring, and anxious to help. At the end, result of my visits resulted in absolutely no pain. Opening my gums and removing two roots at the same time was daunting before the surgery. As Dr. Kim is a surgeon, it is unfortunate that I cannot visit him for routine visits. Do not fret about seeing Dr. Kim. He is absolutely outstanding.
Very friendly staff. Put me at ease. I had a complicated surgery on a root canal that that cracked. Dr. Kim explained everything and got to work. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His assistant Lisa was awesome! Thank you for the followup and taking care of this issue. Highly recommend.
I got my top wisdom teeth removed and it was an efficient process. I personally chose not to be put to sleep, so the whole procedure took less than 15 minutes. It’s been two days and I am pain free with no complications. I would strongly recommend this clinic. He is not the most personable doctor but that doesn’t matter to me as long as he’s good at what he does. And he is.
