I was very impressed with the professionalism and new technology at North Woodlake Dental. It was really helpful to be able view my X-ray on a full TV screen. The complete set of X-rays made for a thorough exam. I had my new patient appointment today (using North Lakewood Dental Feb special of $79) for a cleaning, xrays, and consultation with the doctor. My experience was really good!! Angela was the hygienist (awesome technique, great communicator, very gentle) and Dr Platt was very thorough, and provided me with a treatment plan (using photos of my mouth) to show me where my problem area were located. I will def follow up for my dental work at this practice! Thank You!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a pleasure it was to discover this awesome Dentist office. The place is brand new and looks great. All the latest equipment is so sophisticated. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always try to make you comfortable. Dr Platt and her assistant Amie were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They explain each procedure in detail and ensure your comfort throughout. Angela, the hygienist was also excellent. I am so happy to have found this great team of professionals.
First time as a new patient at North Lakewood Dental and was greeted by a warm, very professional front desk when I first walked in. The atmosphere is one of calm beauty. Such a welcoming, relaxing waiting area. Received excellent care from Dr. Natalie Platt and her amazing team - Amy, Mike and Angela. I will be staying on as a patient with Dr. Platt and North Lakewood Dental for all of my dental health care.
Wonderful staff from beginning to end. Truthfully the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Hygienist Angela spent like 30 minutes on just one section of my teeth, no pain or discomfort, awesome work. Dr. Platt used this tiny camera to show me the surface of my teeth which was cool. She was clearly knowledgeable, caring, and highly qualified. Everything you want in a dental clinic!
