I was very impressed with North Lakeland Dental. It’s a newer office, just opened in October 2025. I chose them from reviews I read on internet. My last dentist was no longer accepting our dental carrier so I had to find a new one. They were in my network plus good reviews. It was easy to get an appointment. I waited to be seen less than 5 minutes. Everybody was extremely friendly. I loved the dentist and hygienist. Both took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I felt immediately comfortable. I was informed of charges before any work began and was able to opt out of anything I didn’t think was necessary. There were no surprises in the billing like some other dentists in the area do. My previous dental office had closed down and I was on the hunt for a new location and I came across this dental office, When I say there are no gimmicks or hidden fees I mean it. I had a great experience at the North Lakewood dental office. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The appointment was on time, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this office.
