I am so happy with Dr Natalie Platt. She and her team are very knowledgeable and skilled, with the latest instruments and technologies in dentistry. I had not been to the dentist in a while, so I was apprehensive like a lot of people. Her team put me at ease right away. They got me in quickly. They did the latest digital x-ray, Pictures, ext. It was easy to get an appointment. I waited to be seen less than 5 minutes. Everybody was extremely friendly. I loved the dentist and hygienist. Both took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I felt immediately comfortable. I was informed of charges before any work began and was able to opt out of anything I didn’t think was necessary. There were no surprises in the billing like some other dentists in the area do.
