The compassion and care that this practice shows goes over and above what I expected. I asked for recommendations for a practice that could help my family member who has severe anxiety disorder (not dental anxiety, but other anxiety disorders). This practice was recommended to me by several people and he had his first appointment last week. Dr. Bailey did an excellent job. He is very attentive, listened to my concerns, and cared about patient comfort. He successfully resolved an issue that my previous dentists failed to fix. All staff members were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey.
They kept my $150 deposit after I mistakenly missed my appointment. Following that, they called another patient that I know attends their practice and offered them the appointment slot so in theory, they are double dipping. I like the dentist, I think he is very good at dental work but having no grace for mistakes is appalling. Consider charging a missed appointment fee instead of taking someone’s entire deposit. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Dr. Bailey is awesome, he takes his time with his patients and makes sure you are extremely comfortable.
I highly recommend this dental practice! The entire team were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. I felt well-informed and cared for. A truly great experience!
