Dr. Bailey did an excellent job. He is very attentive, listened to my concerns, and cared about patient comfort. He successfully resolved an issue that my previous dentists failed to fix. All staff members were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey.
They kept my $150 deposit after I mistakenly missed my appointment. Following that, they called another patient that I know attends their practice and offered them the appointment slot so in theory, they are double dipping. I like the dentist, I think he is very good at dental work but having no grace for mistakes is appalling. Consider charging a missed appointment fee instead of taking someone’s entire deposit. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Dr. Bailey is awesome, he takes his time with his patients and makes sure you are extremely comfortable.
I highly recommend this dental practice! The entire team were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. I felt well-informed and cared for. A truly great experience!
