Fantastic! Excellent customer care and service from the first phone all the way to the end! So thankful my friend recommended this practice and are super happy to find a dental home here at North River. We just love Dr Bailey and his wonderful team!
From beginning to end it was an exceptional experience. A very warm friendly staff. Dr. Bailey gave me 100% for as long as I needed. Also noticed how well the staff worked together and were respectful and polite to each other as well as the patients in the office.
Been going here for years when my friend recommended this place who is a dental hygienist. Dr Bailey is so sweet and caring, you can tell he cares about all of his patients. He always explains his procedures thoroughly to me and is more on the conservative side when it comes to dental treatment. I probably could’ve avoided a lot of fillings and a root canal if I would’ve gone to him sooner. I have been to this dentist a few times now. It all started with a cracked tooth that required a crown. Followed by a thorough check up, consultation, repair and cleaning. Each and every time Dr. Bailey and his staff have been wonderful. From check in, care, and check out the staff have been phenomenal.
