Apartment was not ready for move in. I'm Still waiting on maintenance to come and fix things that should have been ready before I move in. Every time they come out they half ass fix something saying they going to get the parts and never return. I contact corporate they still don't fix shit. when you move they don't give you a mail box key so they want you to wait around for the mail carriers to receive your mail. North and Sarah Apartments is the true definition of what glitters aint gold.
This review is not for North Sarah. This review is for the newest front desk person, Marquis Smith. This young man is the best receptionist North Sarah has ever had. No matter your attitude he has a smiling voice over the phone and is very respectful. I actually feel like this young man hears me and does not just dismiss me like all the other receptionists they have had and I have been here through a ton of them. Since the transition of having new N. Sarah Apts. Office staff, things have been progressing very well for the better. The service has been exceptional. I pray for our community that we will become the change that we want to see. Anything is possible. Be blessed.
My concerns are I’ve been waiting for minor work orders to be completed for 17 months..they were pointed during my walk through.. so things happened no maintenance workers.. then 2 different sets of managers.. then work orders that was more important than mine.. all I continued to hear was Please be patient Ms Holliday.. to now a maintenance guy came out and completed a few of them and I began to become happy until I walked in my granddaughter’s room to see he poorly put the blinds up.. and the kitchen window screen is too s... read more
I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and I love it but you can’t get anything fixed. I put in a work order via online and haven’t heard anything and it’s been over 2 months still no word. This is supposed to be a gated community, the gates have been broken since 21 and it’s now 24. Since the gates are broken, random cars drive through and we had a deadly shooting in 21. If the gates were working, then the car wouldn’t have gotten on the lot and tore up 6 resident vehicles. They found a dead body, the next morning on a reside... read more
