I’ve been here a few years a the experience has been peaceful overall. My only complaint is the maintenance department. They take forever to fix anything. I’ve had the same problems for a year now. They dnt follow up or through with request until they feel like it. Other than that, I like it
HORRIBLE!!!!! Moved in a month ago, sent in a sheet with things that need to be FIXED and still have YET to be fixed!! All you get is BROKEN WORDS.. Paying MARKET RENT and can’t even get nothing fixed.. No access to FRONT DOOR, Still have yet got washer replaced, still haven’t got 2 of my toilets looked at, can’t run water in one of my tubs… the list goes on I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS.. WHAT LOOK GOOD AINT ALWAYS GOOD FOR YOU. LESSON LEARNED :) PISS POOR COMPANY.
Im willing to pay the money for a three bedroom... But I've tried to apply twice before and never got any return phone call or follow up and after reading all these negative reviews I should take my hard earned money elsewhere... Not worth it...
Apartment was not ready for move in. I'm Still waiting on maintenance to come and fix things that should have been ready before I move in. Every time they come out they half ass fix something saying they going to get the parts and never return. I contact corporate they still don't fix shit. when you move they don't give you a mail box key so they want you to wait around for the mail carriers to receive your mail. North and Sarah Apartments is the true definition of what glitters aint gold.
This review is not for North Sarah. This review is for the newest front desk person, Marquis Smith. This young man is the best receptionist North Sarah has ever had. No matter your attitude he has a smiling voice over the phone and is very respectful. I actually feel like this young man hears me and does not just dismiss me like all the other receptionists they have had and I have been here through a ton of them.
