Our family moved from another state, and the office worked rigorously via email/phone until meeting in-person to ensure we had a home in NE upon arrival. We have since relocated, however, we absolutely loved our time at Northbrook. The maintenance staff was always timely, the grounds were kept in great shape and they are pet friendly! Our family required additional accommodations due to our children having special needs, and the CIP staff were very accepting and awarding of those requests.
We've been living at Northbrook Apartments for a couple of years now, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. Maintenance is quick to respond and always does a good job. The office staff are genuinely friendly and always try their best to assist. They do a great job of keeping the property well-maintained. I do feel that the rent is somewhat high considering the age of the apartments, but overall, it's a nice place to live.
Just moved in October 18th. A few issues as expected with any new rental. Fixed, immediately and with a smile. Appreciate!! Always willing to help. Apartments are larger than expected and lots of storage. So, retract review. Maintenance is great. Management another thing.. living under a tenant that is rude. We have complained several times even reported to police Noice disturbance! No help from Management.
It was a pretty easy experience. Friendly staff and huge rooms!!! I still have to get some stuff fixed, but everything else was great!!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Before we even moved in they already made us feel at home!
