I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your care if you value compassion and communication. It would not surprise me one bit if the internal motto of this place is profits over patients. Last Friday I was scheduled for a procedure with an arrival time around 10:30am. No sooner does 1pm come around I still have not been called back nor been given any realistic estimate as to when I am going to be able to have the procedure, just that it would be “at least another hour”.
