I've been coming here since they've opened for infusions every 8 weeks. The check-in process is very easy, and Ashley, my nurse, is friendly and efficient. They use an online portal for easy messages, sending back and forth and for seeing up appointments. I can't say enough great things about this team and how they've taken care of me over the years.

I received exceptional care at this facility. I was able to schedule a procedure here choosing the date I needed due to travel requirements. The date of the procedure I was greeted professionally by a very friendly staff. I was well informed throughout the procedure and at no time did I feel stressed or unattended. The staff here is incredible and my Doctor allowed me a lot of time to understand what would occur throughout. I highly recommend Northeast Digestive Health Center on Poplar Tent.

I had always dreaded my check ups. Bad experiences before and looked for a change in physicians. This facility by far is the best place to go. Kind, considerate, listened to my concerns. I will NOT dread the next one and will gladly share them as a referral to anyone looking.

Dr. V Patel was so nice and helpful. On the day of my procedures I felt like I was in good hands. And he called me personally to let me know what treatment I would need.

AMAAZE! I was extremely nervous but the team that took GREAT care of me put me at ease. My nurse and his sister the anesthesiologist are pros at this. She could not stop talking about my nails (had me in giggles the entire time).The doctor has the most reassuring smile you would want to see before the anesthesia kicks in LOL! I recommend Northeast Digestive Health Center 1000%. Thank you to everyone who made my procedure feel like I was receiving an academy award.
