The new office of Northeast Divestive in Salisbury is absolutely beautiful, big and super clean. The rooms are spacious and very easily accessible for handicapped people and wheelchairs. Nurse Jill is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, upbeat, nice and very caring. Front desk staff is very personable, & friendly. Dr. Aldous’s PA, Danielle Sykes is very nice, knowledgeable & caring. Went for my first colonoscopy and endoscopy on the 8th of January and had to reschedule for the 16th of January, because of my not following the directions for how to clear myself of food in my digestive tract. Even though I had to get it done twice, both times was very wonderful and I felt welcomed due to the great staffing and doctors who helped me. My visit to the new Salisbury office was a positive experience. The staff was great, courteous, efficient and caring. Dr. Patel explained everything before and after the procedure. He also called me to explain my future followup. I highly recommend this facility. Great job everyone!!
Said they had my insurance all approved went in for consultation and set up appointment then was told I had to pre pay almost 1500$ canceled appointments will never go there again like they try to lure you in and then tell you about the money It was my understanding that a screening was no charge for this under the affordable care act
Has been ok. Everyone is nice. The PA has ordered procedures, & prescribed meds to figure out my problem. Recently upped meds, & added some over the counter stuff. My issues have gotten worst last 2 days. (Severe Bloating) worse than it was. I stopped the meds,& am gradually adding back one at a time. I’m not sure maybe added too much too fast. Time will tell. I can’t give 5⭐️ until I’m fixed. Again they’re fine. I just have a bunch of stuff going on.
