I have loved this place from the start. They have always been extremely helpful. They honestly seem to care. I talked with a woman named Ashley today. Im not sure if shes from Salisbury or the other office, but she was more than helpful. I felt like she went above her job title and she deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you all
The new office of Northeast Divestive in Salisbury is absolutely beautiful, big and super clean. The rooms are spacious and very easily accessible for handicapped people and wheelchairs. Nurse Jill is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, upbeat, nice and very caring. Front desk staff is very personable, & friendly. Dr. Aldous’s PA, Danielle Sykes is very nice, knowledgeable & caring. It's a nice facility and I was seen before my official appt time.
Said they had my insurance all approved went in for consultation and set up appointment then was told I had to pre pay almost 1500$ canceled appointments will never go there again like they try to lure you in and then tell you about the money It was my understanding that a screening was no charge for this under the affordable care act
PA and I discussed that I did not want those two bottles of liquid with water this time because I threw up after the first bottle. I asked for the 2 packs of 12 pills. We went over what medicine to stop and when and having clear liquids and nothing by mouth 2 hours before I arrive on my appointment date.
