The new office of Northeast Divestive in Salisbury is absolutely beautiful, big and super clean. The rooms are spacious and very easily accessible for handicapped people and wheelchairs. Nurse Jill is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, upbeat, nice and very caring. Front desk staff is very personable, & friendly. Dr. Aldous’s PA, Danielle Sykes is very nice, knowledgeable & caring. Dr K Patel was great. He really listened to me and asked a lot of questions. I felt like he was truly trying to help me get better and figure out what was wrong. Good personality. I highly recommend him. The staff was super friendly too.
Arriving at the clinic greeted by the receptionist, verified my information. She gave me a form to complete for the nurse. She was very very professional. Complete form gave to nurse and taken to the room for examination. The nurse was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The physician assistant came and we about what was happening and how long the symptoms. Scheduled for a procedure. After the procedure information was provided and medication ordered. Saw Dr Kalpesh Patel 2 years ago, and was pleased with help I received then. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. Through his knowledge and expertise I found that I had more problems than I ever thought I would. With his caring nature, I now have a very competent surgeon in my corner. This would have not taken place so quickly had Dr. Patel not been the superb physician that he is. I couldn’t ask for a better and more caring doctor and staff.
I’m very pleased with the new Salisbury office. The staff was super great. Jill the nurse was super friendly n Danielle the PA is always so great that I asked her. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They gave me multiple options for the prep I have to do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with digestive issues. A plus is the road construction is over so there’s easy access.
