Came into the office today. I saw Dr. Patel after being from one doctor to the general surgeon and now to Dr Patel. I must say he was the most informative very helpful gave me some good tips on things that would relieve this pain I’ve been having for going on two months now. He gave me a plan he was quick and to the point and listened to all my concerns. Very polite and efficient. Dr. Myers and the entire staff was so friendly and reassuring with great bedside manner. I would highly recommend this office;you won’t regret it. The Anesthesiologist has over 40 years under his belt and the nurses were so sweet and nice. They delivered exceptional patient care experience. Northeast Digestive Vinehaven Concord is legit and solid. If you live in south Charlotte, it’s worth the drive.
I’ve been a patient now for a short period of time and at the age of 22 I had breast cancer so with my history and some recent stomach issues I needed a colonoscopy now at the age of 35. I was honestly terrified but I couldn’t have had a better team working on me from the moment I got there I was made to feel comfortable even though I was still terrified. I went in to see a doctor and she recommended a Endoscopy. Unfortunately she was booked and referred me to a doctor from India. Not only did this doctor do a procedure I did not need, he nearly tore my neck!! I ended up in the Er afterwards! The concern they showed? They called me for a followup and when I told them, they began asking me about my next appointment!! I am still dealing with the aftermath of this! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would P.S. Be very careful if you are African American!!
I’m giving 1 star not because of the doctors but because of a nurse who works there. I was given the drug metronidazole (flagyl) for a stomach bacteria. While on this drug not only did I feel like I was poisoning myself but it gave me horrible anxiety, nausea, heart palpations and vertigo. I called up to the office one morning because I couldn’t keep anything down & I had already lost 40 pounds. I was scared. I’m giving this office a 1 star review because if the nuestro I encountered when I was being seen there. (Why is there always one?). I called up there that morning because I couldn’t keep anything down & I was getting scared.I had already lost 40 lbs from a stomach bacteria & had been given metronidazole which gave me anxiety on top of the anxiety I already had.
