My counselor and clinician (who arw both named Karen) are extremely qualified, very helpful and most importantly caring!!!
While I've had great experiences with the actual psychologists/psychiatrists here, I've now had two psychiatrists leave, and the practice never called to tell me. Thankfully, my most recent psychiatrist told me in an appointment that she was leaving, but the one I had a year prior left when I was between visits, and when I went to log into my virtual meeting...she didn't show. When I called the office, they informed me she left.
I've been quite pleased with my therapists. (I left and came back after a few years which is why I had 2) My current is awesome. He's (Chase) REAL and doesn't make me feel "judged". Staff is also very nice!
