Jillian MacLeod, PhD. is a Northeast Health Services Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who been vey helpful and provided excellent care. The team is often busy trying to help many people but they clearly care about everyone and go the extra mile.
This review is not specific to this location. It is concerning their intake process in general. They require texts of your insurance cards. I texted them the cards three times. They said they never received them. They did not offer me any other way to send the cards - email, fax, etc. Consequently, they did not allow me to schedule an appt until the texts come through. I have no idea why they did not go through. This is the first time I am aware that someone has not received my texts. Poor experience
I found a therapist that is perfect and I actually enjoy working with him. He’s exactly what I needed.
