Worst communication with a health care office I’ve ever experienced. Nobody ever answers the phone, none of my voice messages or questions are forwarded to my provider, nor do they ever call back. I am currently unable to get my prescription refilled or even schedule an appointment.
I found Northeast Health Services by miracle, I was so stressed out on not being able to find a medication management provider until I finally saw NHS. I submitted my application/ request and received a call from them literally the next day and scheduled my first appointment the following week and I am just so happy and grateful with their service. Thank you for saving life NHS!
