I have received amazing support from my providers here, and also the incredible customer service from the staff at the front, Lorielle has been so supportive and helpful with getting the sensitive information to and from my providers. I always know when I need something important handled, it’s in good hands with her!
So far, I only had a few meetings. But everything's been amazing Very helpful So far I actually look forward to the discussions that we have It brings me some hope
My provider is very knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic. She is available by phone and message and is willing to help if she can by adding a session during the week. She is also willing and able to provide access to resources.
