I recently had a root canal and Dr Stabile was the doctor who did the procedure. Dr. Stabile from consultation to the procedure, handled everything with knowledge and expertise. I had no pain, and was done very efficiently. I have confidence in Dr Stabile and would recommend him and Northeastern Ohio Endodontics for any future dental procedure.
Truly exceptional experience. Polite, professional, and attentive staff from start to finish. Each step involved in my root canal was explained prior. They make you feel very comfortable and well informed.
The staff are great. The doctor was very friendly, professional, and straight up. After the exam, we decided not to do the root canal. I liked everything about the place.
I never leave reviews but felt like I had to for this. I was terrified to have my first root canal, losing sleep over it even. I went in a few days ago and I did not feel a thing. The doctor made me feel so comfortable and even had me laughing while I was having the procedure done. Dr. Capetillo did an amazing job, I have only great things to say about my experience!
Terrible customer service, especially with the woman at the front desk. DON’T rely on any insurance/payment information given over the phone or in person until day of your appointment. Only place where you get an additional/supplemental insurance and end up paying more out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble and find a different provider. Sadly the Dr. is a good person.
