Having a root canal is one of those things that you endure and glad when it is over. If you do have to have one, the staff at Northeastern Ohio Endodontics makes it as pleasant as possible. You are greeted with a smile at front desk and paperwork is quickly dispatched. A small wait in the comfortable waiting room chairs goes by quickly. Every one from the receptionist, nurses and the doctor were really nice and professional. The doctor showed me pictures of the bad tooth, he explained eveything that he was doing. They took a lot of pictures and lots of tests to find the bad tooth. The doctor made sure l did not have any pain. Would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Direnzo did my root canal. He was very gentle. I’m always very stressed about the Novacaine needle. He was gentle. He did not hurt me. He was professional. Very good bedside manner, patient kind, humble. Upon arriving for my appointments, I never Had to wait. It’s as if they were ready and waiting for me. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at Northeastern Ohio Endodontics. I hope I never Need to have a root canal again, but it’s good to know that Dr. Duranzo is there.
Everyone from the front desk thru the procedure was extremely helpful and attentive. No pain during the root canal and Dr Paul explained every step to me. Highly recommend them !
This is a great place. I had to get my first root canal and I was sooo scared because of all the horror stories you hear online. Dr. Stabile did my root canal and he was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing. He was super gentle and I hardly felt the needle going in my gum either. Highly recommend this place. I had to travel an hour and 40 minutes and I’d do it again if I had to. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else if I need another root canal in the future.
