Let’s be honest: nobody likes hearing the words “you might need a root canal,” so I definitely wasn’t looking forward to this appointment. However, as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the kindest, most friendly staff. The wait time was short (though honestly, I was so anxious I almost wanted more time to mentally prepare!). I was very anxious for my pressure, I do not handle the dental procedures well. The staff were incredibly patient and so kind. Even at my peak of feeling anxious and scared, they allowed me time to relax and to checked on me. I truly cannot express the amazing job the staff did and my gratitude for their genuine kindness.
I was treated very professionally and at the same time felt comforted, given reassurance and was treated with extreme kindness! This is not the norm when going to a dental specialist. I was very frightened but quickly felt like I was genuinely cared about! These people are the Very Best!
The staff was caring and reassuring and made me totally comfortable for my upcoming root canal. The doctor was professional and he was very funny, I enjoyed his vast knowledge on my condition and really made me comfortable and confident in my procedure.
They were very nice and polite and they did a great job I'm very glad that I went to them
