Let’s be honest: nobody likes hearing the words “you might need a root canal,” so I definitely wasn’t looking forward to this appointment. However, as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the kindest, most friendly staff. The wait time was short (though honestly, I was so anxious I almost wanted more time to mentally prepare!). I was having a problem with a root canal and my dentist referred me to Northeastern Ohio Endodontics. When I was able to see Dr DiRenzo, I had an abscess in a different tooth. He drilled through a crown and put in a root canal. The abscess cleared up. He was amazing!)

This was my first time there. I had a root canal. The office staff greeted me and assisted me with the initial filling out of forms. Dr Jeremy Capetillo, DDS , MS did the procedure. He was very professional and thorough. He and his assistant checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. They were gentle during the initial numbing procedure as well. I hate needles. Overall they all did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.
