Northern Colorado Endodontics, Greeley is a warm, welcoming place. Dr. Diamond and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The procedure was handled professionally and Dr. Diamond talked me through step-by-step while I relaxed behind the provided sunglasses. It's nice to have someone talking you through the process. I was in-and-out of the chair in 45 minutes. Three days later and the pain I was having before the procedure is gone. I am happy to recommend this group to anyone needing to see an Endodontist.
I had my first root canal here this week at the Greeley office and believe it or not had a fantastic experience. I was very nervous, but the entire staff was friendly and reassuring. Dr. Geraets was extremely patient, making sure I was fully numb before starting and working with great care, explaining all the steps as he went along. I had a tooth infection that my dentist indicated looked ok but advised me to see an endodontist. This practice told me I needed a root canal. I had the procedure and the tooth felt the exact same. 6 months later I went back and was told I needed a apicoectomy. Had that done and again, my tooth felt no different. While I’m not in pain (and never was), the tooth feels uncomfortable when I tap it/gloss/brush my teeth. I was told this is normal. The staff was so kind and helpful! Always asking if I needed anything while I waited for the Dentist. The procedure was thorough and actually, painless!! I’m surprised because it’s not been that way at other places I’ve had to have a procedure at. I’ve already recommended him to my family members should they need this service.
My first root canal and I was anxious because of all the horror stories I had heard. I should have not worried. Dr. Geraets and his team were professional, informative, caring, and efficient. Best of all, no pain during the procedure or after. No big deal!
