I was referred to Norther Horizons by my home dental office to address an implant problem. After arriving, I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Options were presented and a strategy was agreed upon with Dr. Danielak of Cedar Pointe Prosthodontics - who turned out to be a friendly and knowledgeable individual, very professional and truly easy to talk with. A dental office that makes you feel at home. As someone that has never had positive experiences at the dentist. My family and I have found "our place". Staff are so personal, purposeful, and professional! They explain everything and ensure you understand all options. Booked an emergency appointment in the middle of the night and was seen I'm the morning! It is very apparent the whole office takes pride in what they do!
very mixed feelings. A crown fell off and I needed a recement. Simple procedure and it was done perfect by Dr Jo, 250 seemed a reasonable charge. I said because I ate on the opposite side for the 3 days it took to get fixed i have a chronic root canal infection, but penicillin works. Nope, can't prescribe because you have to a full general inspection first which is another 350, plus cleaning 650 total. I said but if a get penicillin, then everything is fine. I’ve been going here for about 1.5 years. I have been enjoying every visit. Reception staff are friendly and the dentists are nice. I also see Emily as my dental hygienist who is gentle and very informative. I always learn something new about my oral care and what I need to do to improve it. There’s no judgement!
I was very impressed with Northern Horizon Dental. the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Sullivan has a great personality and made us very comfortable. He seemed to go out of his way to get answers to our issues. I would highly recommend De. Sullivan and his team.
