Well at one time this would have been 5 stars when Buckeye owned it but then Wallack bought it and all of those people are the worst. They will speak down to you as if you were their child. They will lie to evict you. And they will try to say you owe them money that you do not. If you're not white, don't even try to move there because they are never going to rent to you. The manager is rude and hateful and looks identical to Gru from The Minions. Go figure.
OMG! I miss living at Northfield Acres sooo much! It makes me want to cry every time I think about those apartments! The managers that run Northfield Acres (Carol and Jerry) are awesome people! They are caring loving and just amazing people all the way around. Thanks for everything yall! Love you!
Jerry,the tenant mgr. was very polite and took his time talking with me about Northfield Acres and told me to ask any questions.When I did ask a couple,he took plenty of time to completely answer them.Great impression.
Not kept up and your business will be told to everyone by lanlord , nothing gets fixed just rigged up and they put people down that have to live there because we complain about condition of the apartment.
My daughter has lived there for over a year. Nice family oriented place.
