Hi... My name is Shirley. I applied here at Northridge Crossings on March 21st, 2018, and was able to move in on March 23rd when utilities were connected. I LOVE MY HOME!!! It was very clean and spacious, just as they promised when they said "HUGE ROOMS". I love my walk-in closet too!!! I can store my clothes and boxed shoes and place all my many boxed hats and purses on the top shelves with room to spare. The back patio is a nice size, as well as the storage room. Lived here 2015-16 while transitioning move out of state. Absolutely loved the staff. Brought any concern to their attention they addressed it. Family owned complex, and you feel the hard work and pride they take in it. It is an older property, but clean and comfortable. I appreciated the diversity in my neighbors. I have lived here for 8 months and I will love it here the staff is wonderful and the pool is great the fitness center is great and I love the school district which is green Elementary they also have a guest apartment that you can rent for 75 it is great fully furnished I just love it here it is wonderful the only downfall is you can here people walking above you if you live on the bottom apartment other than that it is wonderful and they are pet friendly too it is great that the mall is right across the street and all the e... read more
Wow, I'm surprised that this listing already exists. Some friends of ours live in this complex, and when a group of us were coming to town for a football weekend, they offered to let us rent a spare guest apartment in the complex. Apparently residents can reserve these units for $75 per night. What a steal! The apartment was fully furnished, with chairs, couches, TVs, dressers, carpet, etc, plus towels, bedding, dishes, wall decorations, books, magazines, even a chess set. We were quite impressed. Do not waste your time with this complex. Their communication is almost nonexistent and their lack of accountability, as well as their false claims, has honestly left me speechless. I left a review about my ongoing poor experience and was told to contact another email for support. The email was delegated to someone else who invalidated my experience, spoke false information about me and my application and also the timeline to fit their narrative. Lived there. Snake crawling in my unit. Reported .stated no control over wildlife. Requested pest control denied. They originally messed up my billing. Paid them deposit plus pet deposit. Every month same thing with billing. Management didn't know what they were doing. Moved out they kept deposit for pet apartment deposit and billed me for carpet. Every time anyone moved they changed carpet. Didn't know until tried renting another property. Had balance owed.

So i was attempting to apply. Ms.Adreena was very helpful & trying to get us accepted here. I told her about my situation & how i handle my money through check cash places. So basically i couldn'tshow them bank statements & my tax lady was out of town for two weeks on vacation with her husband. So she told me don't worry w/ the info we spoke about she assured me i would he fine to get accepted as long as everything else was in good shape (credit,rental history, etc). Moved here, found my upstairs neighbor beating his wife two days later and had to call the cops. Had another police incident the following day, and another a couple weeks later. Realized pretty quickly I didn't want to be here for safety concerns. Reported it to apartment management, was told they had multiple complaints about this guy prior to my wife and I moving in. Guys I lived in this community during 2015 Nov to May 2016. I really had a bad experience with the administrative/ leasing guys. 1) I have taken the apartment for 6 month lease (I was charged 6 months rent i.e rent + extra amount for 6months lease). I had to add my spouse to the lease, at that time they increased the lease term to 1 year without intimating me.
