I had an abscessed tooth that was extremely painful, but as soon as I entered this practice I just knew everything would be alright! The front desk staff were so warm and friendly and welcoming - a meaningful first impression that set the tone for the visit. I was very relieved to find out that my tooth was still in good condition. Dr. Stewart gave me the good news after a thorough work up. Dr. Stewart and his entire staff are very kind and helpful people who made my entire visit a very pleasant event.
I’ve always heard that people fear root canals and being very painful. My first root canal, three years ago, was completely pain free and easy. I was completely awake during the entire process and would do it again without hesitation, if needed.
When I arrived I was greeted with professionalism and was directed to where I could use the restroom if needed. Then I was called to come back where I was taken to have an X-ray. Dr. Rousseau entered and I was greeted and then some conversation which really did relax me. He numbed me then I was given a shot but I didn’t feel any pain. I have to confess that I am not a fan of any doctor that has to work on my teeth but this doctor gets my respect for his work PAIN FREE.
