I usually have a lot of anxiety about dental visits due to past experiences, but my appointment at Northside Endodontics with Dr. Stewart and his team completely changed that. This was my first root canal, so I didn’t know what to expect. From start to finish it was professional and polished. From making the appointment, the high professionalism and service of the staff, and everyone answering all my questions put me at ease. The thorough exam and the virtually painless procedure (little pinch for numbing) the same visit, it could not have been easier. I would highly recommend Dr. Rousseau and this practice.
Good experience overall... All of the staff I encountered were very professional and welcoming…from scheduling to pre-exams upon arrival. Dr. Stewart was very honest about my impending procedure and explained my options. It’s unfortunate that many doctors these days have a bad reputation because of their lack of compassion and greed for money, but Dr. Stewart was quite the opposite. Dr. Rousseau was very efficient and professional. He showed me the issues on the X-rays and scans that were taken during my appointment and took time explaining the areas of concern. He is gentle and kind…I felt much better about my concerns. K Loia
I had an excellent experience with the staff and Dr Seth Stewart while getting a root canal recently. The front office staff member was friendly and efficient. I especially appreciated being told what the charges would be before the procedure. The dental assistant was attentive and thorough in questioning me about my history. Dr. Stewart is knowledgable and skilled. I experienced very little discomfort with getting the novocaine injection and the actual root canal. the entire visit took less than an hour.
