The staff at Northside Endodontics is first class. They were professional and personable. They could not have been more attentive. Dr. Rousseau was exceptional. I had NO pain or any negative after effects. He is a very talented professional with an excellent bed side manner. When I arrived I was greeted with professionalism and was directed to where I could use the restroom if needed. Then I was called to come back where I was taken to have an X-ray. Dr. Rousseau entered and I was greeted and then some conversation which really did relax me. He numbed me then I was given a shot but I didn’t feel any pain. The office appears to be well run and efficient. Personnel were courteous, helpful and patient. Costs were discussed early in the process. Procedures were thoroughly explained, with opportunities to ask questions. Dr. Rousseau was delightful, and easily explained his findings and the reasons for his assessment and recommendation. We highly recommend this excellent provider.
I usually have a lot of anxiety about dental visits due to past experiences, but my appointment at Northside Endodontics with Dr. Stewart and his team completely changed that. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly, which immediately helped put me at ease. Dr. Stewart explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Good experience overall... All of the staff I encountered were very professional and welcoming…from scheduling to pre-exams upon arrival. Dr. Stewart was very honest about my impending procedure and explained my options. It’s unfortunate that many doctors these days have a bad reputation because of their lack of compassion and greed for money, but Dr. Stewart was quite the opposite.
