This practice has a wide range of counselors to see kids, families, and adults. The office is attractive and inviting. The front office staff are kind and give good information about navigating insurance billing and such. The offices are set up well for privacy and confidentiality. A great place to tackle life's inevitable challenges.

Unfortunately their late policy is ridiculous! Charged 176.12! WOW for nothing! 48 hour notice is not always possible! Explained to them that the first late notice was because she had laryngitis (hard for a therapy appointment when you can’t talk) second was we were traveling and don’t have internet like we thought we would so we were charged. Asked to have charges reimbursed since she was available for half the appointment. Denied! I’m very disappointed!

Less than 24 hours before our first appointment they called to tell me that after reading the intake forms, the provider felt ill equipped to be my son’s counselor. This place changed my life. My therapist was attentive, kind, and challenging. Everything I needed to get me through the hardest time in my life. The admin staff were very supportive, gave me helpful information about my insurance, and were very friendly every time I walked through the door. I couldn't recommend Northwest Counsel enough! I tell all my friends who need counseling to check with them first because they're easily the best in Washington! edit: My review keeps getting deleted for some reason. Hopefully it stays th... read more

The office staff made a mistake while doing my sons intake involving our insurance. The gal I spoke with assured me that she had verified the insurance prior to me scheduling my sons appointment. After my son had already done his consultation appointment it was brought to my attention that the visit wouldn’t be covered by our insurance and I would have to pay in full, out of pocket. This was their mistake and the therapist Stephanie D’Cruz still insisted that I would need to pay. I find this extremely unprofessional because ... read more
