First, I would like to point out that Mora was great... the initial conversation I had over the phone was welcoming and informative. She very pleasant and I literally looked forward to meeting her in person, she was that friendly. My visit to the office was just as good. The x-ray tech, assistant was fast and friendly aswell. Dr. Fitzpatrick and his Park Ridge staff are amazing! Everyone I interacted with was very professional, competent and kind. The hygienist seamlessly prepped me for the exam based on my dental issues so no time was lost once my exam began. Dr. Fitzpatrick ran through some tests, confirmed my issue and was able to fix it during the same visit. I was so appreciative that something that plagued me for 10+ years was fixed in one visit! I highly recommend Dr. Fitzpatrick and his staff for your endodontic needs!
Great location! Wonderful staff and very clean office. Everyone was so kind, informative, and helpful. Dr. Fitzgerald is awesome! Felt nothing during procedure and he was very fast to get it done! He reassured me and made me very comfortable! Would def recommend!
Dr. Fitzgerald is the best! I was anxious about my root canal today but didn't need to be. Dr. Fitzgerald was gentle and so skillful that there was no pain at all. The staff were also courteous and professional. Everyone made my experience there today very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fitzgerald to anyone who needs a root canal.
I visited today with Dr. Fitzgerald nervously expecting a root canal. However, Dr Fitzgerald and his team took the time to conduct exams and collect data to determine that I didn’t need root canal and the issue was gum related and requires less extensive treatment. I appreciate the thorough pre evaluation, use of data and an honest assessment of my needs. I’d highly recommend Dr Fitzgerald and team.
