Went to Northwest Dental after a pleasant phone call with their administrative service. They took images for me, and said they couldn't provide the service I came for. They suggested an alternative service and promptly billed my insurance over 400 dollars for images, to which I paid over 200 dollars out of pocket for 15 minutes of my time. Dr. Rojas did an outstanding job with my tooth extraction! I was nervous going in, but she made the whole process smooth and virtually painless. She explained everything clearly, worked with great precision, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The recovery has been easy thanks to her skill and care. The office was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rojas for anyone needing dental work, she’s truly the best.
My experience at Northwest Endodontics was excellent. I was greeted with friendly faces at the desk the minute I walked in. I had to get a root canal, and Dr. Przybylo was truly wonderful. He was incredibly caring, checking in with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Went in for an emergency root canal. Dr. Przybylo and staff were courteous, upbeat, and took the time to explain what was going on and the whole procedure. Walked out pain free after the doctor finished. Hopefully I don't need to return any time soon, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.
Dr. Przybylo explained everything so clearly and answered my many questions. He treats his staff with such respect. Office is gorgeous and spotless. Root canals have changed a lot since my last one twenty years ago…so glad to leverage this endodontist’s expertise.
