I was quite nervous to have my first root canal, but Doctor Atassi was very thorough, knowledgeable & kind. He checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain during the procedure, and am pleased with my overall experience. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. The office is very clean & modern.
I would not say I had a pleasant experience at Northwest as demonstrated by being told on the phone that I would receive the consultation and the dental procedure on the same day which did not happen. I was told that the estimated cost for the apicoectomy bicuspid with my dental insurance plan would be around $468.00 on the phone. However, I left the appointment with any estimated cost of around $914.00 with my current dental plan if I get the dental procedure at Northwest. Dr Atashi was reassuring about minimizing my pain. He made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend him. His assistant, (patty I think was her name) was also great. She talked through things with me and answered my questions. This all helped alleviate my anxiety about the pain and root canal procedure.
Everyone was so great and helpful. I needed to get in the same day and they let me in and fixed my most painful tooth. The dentist was great and his assistant was fabulous. No pain afterwards and had a root canal done and it was quick. Greatest place I was referred for a root canal and again took my pain away from my dentist trying to fix my tooth and never had so much pain in my life. Fixed within 30 minutes with no pain afterwards. Thank you!!
I highly recommend Northwest Dental Specialists and Dr Gilbert. The appointment was easy to schedule and the staff was friendly and informative. The procedure was painless and extremely effective. Dr Gilbert took time to answer questions and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend.
