The office was friendly. The assistant was very nice and assuring because I was extremely nervous on getting a root canal. The endodontic Dr. Sebastian was awesome and patient with me as well. He guided me through each step of the process while assuring me it wouldn’t hurt and told me he will take care of me . I didn’t feel any pain. The root canal didn’t take long and I walked out happy and pain free. Thanks Dr. Sebastian and also your lovely assistant.
I had a good experience even though my tooth could not be saved. The only issue I had was that my husband could hear everything the doctor said while he was waiting in the waiting room. I would suggest a little more privacy for the patients. Thank you.
Everyone from the front desk personnel to the assistants and the doctors themselves are WONDERFUL. They got me in quickly for my fist appointment and got me in the same day for a root canal once I called in the morning. I was so thankful for how accommodating and nice they are. Amazing team of staff and technicians who make-up feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is outgoing and you can tell they care about you and your issues. Appointments are usually with one day if not the same day for emergencies. They will all you thru step by step and explain the procedures to you, in terms you will understand. This is my second experience using Northwest Dental Specialists, and highly recommend them. Will have no reservations about any future visits.
This was a pleasant experience, especially since I had a root canal! The whole staff, as well as the dentist himself were wonderful!
