Awesome Place I have been here for a little over 2 months and Melissa and Julian have been the best. They answer you no matter how small the situation is. It's by far the best place to be at!!
The place to live....Northwest Hills Northwest Hills is a nice, enjoyable, and pet-friendly place to live. The location is great for shopping, dining out, and enjoying the West Little Rock area. Over the past year, Marley (my dog) and I have enjoyed living here. The staff are professional, friendly and do their best to make everyone feel welcomed. So far so good!! I've only lived here a couple of weeks, but my experience so far has been great! I was moving to Arkansas, so I had to do everything over the phone or online (their online setup is easy and user friendly), Mekennah answered all my questions and was prompt with emails and getting back to me. The complex itself is very nice, a little older, but perfect for someone who just graduated and is starting their career. It's clean, quiet, and in a great location. Northwest hills Ready to move asap , they’re maintenance team are bad they never fix anything take days n weeks just for them to come , northwesthills are trying to get over on people all these extra fees
Worst experience First off, just getting ahold of a living breathing person in the leasing office is impossible. They have a separate answering service that does NOT relay anything to the home office. For 5 days now I've been trying to get a hold of ANYONE that works here, with no luck. Here I am on the 6th day, at their home office, with no one answering the door and I've sat here for 2 hours.
