Dr. Dickey and his entire team are phenomenal. My son had all four wisdom teeth removed and has done amazing with recovery. From the minute we walked into the surgery center, everyone made us feel at ease. They were so friendly and professional. Dr. Dickey’s technique for removing the wisdom teeth and usage of a long acting site numbing drug made my son’s recovery so much better. He had very minimal pain and was up and around the next day. Dr. Coker and her team at Northwest are consummate professionals, however I have to offer kudos to an exceptional associate. As I was having my tooth extracted, Jordan noticed my apprehension and nervous demeanor, and she gently took my hand in hers and held it through the procedure. Her empathy, along with the experienced professional staff and modern facilities, made ALL difference in my experience. Thank you.
We had a great experience with Dr Coker for wisdom teeth removal. She made our daughter feel very comfortable leading up to and the day of the procedure. Very clear instructions for post op recovery. Would definitely recommend!
Im so pleased with the treatment and service I received. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I had never had a tooth extracted but I needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Coker was amazing. She made me feel at ease about my procedure, explained everything to me and afterwards, i had very little pain or discomfort. 10 out of 10 all around.
I was referred here by my Dentist for a small emergency with a throbbing tooth, & I am so thankful!! Dr. Raymond Dickey & his lovely assistant were the most polite, compassionate & professional team I have ever experienced!! I also brag on both office staff ladies who were the best!
