Very professional and quick! The moment I walked in, I was greeting by the nicest front desk personnel and was helpful in guiding me through the sign process. Dr. Coker and her assistant really explained very good regarding the procedure at hand. At check out, the lovely office assistant, Angel, explained scheduling and post consultation. And had a smile that brightened the room! Great overall experience!
I can’t put into words how grateful and happy I am. 2 of my kids had their wisdom teeth removed. It’s been 24 hours and they feel & look great! They were amazing with them and calmed all of their nerves. On our way home (still loopy) my kids were talking about how they wanted to hang out with the doctor and staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have already sent how happy I am to my neighborhood mom’s group text. I recently visited Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for an oral surgery consultation with Dr. Dickey, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I was not impressed. And when I walked into the office, I was told to fill out paperwork that I had already done online that they were adamant about doing before my visit, which annoyed me then on top of that, I waited a very, very long time while staff chit chatted and had personal conversations for about 45 min.
