Dr. Coker and her team at Northwest are consummate professionals, however I have to offer kudos to an exceptional associate. As I was having my tooth extracted, Jordan noticed my apprehension and nervous demeanor, and she gently took my hand in hers and held it through the procedure. Her empathy, along with the experienced professional staff and modern facilities, made ALL difference in my experience. Thank you.
We had a great experience with Dr Coker for wisdom teeth removal. She made our daughter feel very comfortable leading up to and the day of the procedure. Very clear instructions for post op recovery. Would definitely recommend!
Dr.Dickey and his staff are amazing. The front desk receptionist went out of her way to help me figure out my insurance. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. The office is clean and updated. They had my music playing and everyone had great humor. The procedure didn't take much time at all.
Im so pleased with the treatment and service I received. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I had never had a tooth extracted but I needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Coker was amazing. She made me feel at ease about my procedure, explained everything to me and afterwards, i had very little pain or discomfort. 10 out of 10 all around.
My experience with this office was nothing short of amazing! I had a failed root canal and was referred here by my dental office and not only did they get me scheduled that same day for a consult but they were able to schedule me the next morning for the extraction. Dr. Coker was so knowledgeable and down to earth and ensured I was comfortable and heard. All the staff were very professional welcoming and I would refer this office to anyone who asks!
