Wow, I’ve had a few storage units… but Brady provided an excellent experience. Brady was very professional, responsive, and just such a kind person. I would definitely recommend renting a unit under his management! Thank you Brady for your help… much appreciated!
Brady the manager onsite is incredible. He went above and beyond to help me through my process. Moving is traumatic, storing your things is traumatic, he was there every step of the way. When I fell behind on my payments, he was kind and professional but proactive about helping me correct my issues. He is compassionate and I’m surprised he hasn’t been poached by another firm! I rented there years and again recently. Working with him made me a lifetime loyal customer in the larger corporate chain overall.
Brady, was very helpful greeted me soon as I came in, showed me some different units answered all my questions made the process very quick and easy, walked me thru all the paperwork and how everything works . I highly recommend this storage facility.
Excellent service and Brady, the manager was super efficient, polite and very helpful. I've rented two storage units there, they are clean, dry and secure.
