I rent from the Hood River location of Northwest Storage. My experience with the manager ( Brady ) has been excellent. He has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and is very kind. He's the best! Gold star for sure!
Brady helped elegantly and everything worked swimmingly! Be prepared for rent to go up soon after you contract. For us it went up just a couple months after move in as the new year started from 160 to 181 which I was then told I could have asked for for a lesser raise of price though not guaranteed.
I went to NW storage in HR, manager was awesome. I had almost signed up for a unit when he realized same unit was being rented by someone using callin libe. He was very helpful finding me a different unit. I appreciate his efforts on my behalf.
I've rented here a couple times and it's always great. The manager Brady keeps the place nice and clean, facility always looks excellent.
Crooks! I had on 2 separate rental occasions northwest self storage in hood river increased the rate exactly 3 months after renting a unit. The reasoning BOTH times was 'due to market value re-evaluation'. They wait until you have settled your belongs into the unit in hopes the rate hike of nearly $80 month will just be paid instead of the inconvenience of moving out of the unit! I have and continue to rent units for business and personal belongs with companies other than Northwest Self Storage and have NEVER been robbed... read more
