I just got a unit there and Brady was SUPER helpful. He had great customer service skills and was able to answer all my questions. He was very personable witch is worth its weight in gold thies days with everything going AI. (Not that it doesn't have its place) I as well as well as a many others in the world still prefer human interaction and in person face to face human to answer questions and help navigate things. We rented a shed and determined it was going to be too big, they were able to change us to a smaller unit without any hassle. The units are easily assessable and clean. The loaner trolly cart was such a huge help!
Very friendly and efficient, and affordable! They really do make an effort to make your experience a good one - The property manager specifically. followed up with me on two different occasions which ultimately led me to secure a unit with this facility.
I recently rented a 10x10 here. Secure, clean, heated and easily accessible. The manager was friendly helpful and competent. It was nice to have an office and person there. Rates were good. Easy peasy
Brady is very personable, and goes through everything like the unit options, cost, lease, payments, etc very concisely and clearly. He was a pleasure to work with!
