I was pleased with how easy it was to rent the unit over the phone (and with the senior discount). The facilities were ... well ... a self-storage facility so I didn't expect much, but the automated gate worked, my unit was there and accessible, and it was empty. I had a little trouble with getting billed after I had vacated, but Brenn took care of it over the phone almost immediately.
I have been a customer with this storage unit company for many, many years now and also when it had previous managers, as well as their new manager and management team and I cannot thank them all enough for their caring, compassionate, and understanding of their tenants needs. When life issues would come up for me both good, bad and out of my control they did all they could to help me not only not lose my unit, but all of my belongings when I was months behind on my rent at times. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! YOUR PAYING TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS DESTROYED! Less than 3 months. I watched the RATS run through the top of the unit. Most my stuff was destroyed. They even chewed a hole in the mouse bate container I had. Then everything that had liquid. They got it all. I contributed to getting rid of a problem. That is way too much for me. Lost half your over half your stuff and pay us more. Rent increased at the same time of me realizing its infested. I cleaned it up and out never again..

Warning this company is highly dishonest. They will do anything they can to nickel and dime you. If you are thinking of renting from them before warned. They also don't even keep the properties maintained and they are extremely run down. There are far better options in the Eugene area that are cheaper and provide far better services and buildings.
Friendly owners. Funny as can be. But I'm sorry to say, the place is run down. To get in and out of each gate was a task. The driveways are very narrow and I drive a compact car. The storage (hallway) door and lift was a major task to use. The lift was very difficult. I gave 2 stars to the owners because their personalities deserved more, just the facility was very difficult.
Crappy storage company. Units were old and the rails were old. When I first tried to sign up, he was having problems with the computer and I was stuck waiting for like 2 hours. When I was moving out, they were bothering me for leaving something curbside even though that is public property and none of their business.
