I was pleased with how easy it was to rent the unit over the phone (and with the senior discount). The facilities were ... well ... a self-storage facility so I didn't expect much, but the automated gate worked, my unit was there and accessible, and it was empty. I had a little trouble with getting billed after I had vacated, but Brenn took care of it over the phone almost immediately.
I have been a customer with this storage unit company for many, many years now and also when it had previous managers, as well as their new manager and management team and I cannot thank them all enough for their caring, compassionate, and understanding of their tenants needs. When life issues would come up for me both good, bad and out of my control they did all they could to help me not only not lose my unit, but all of my belongings when I was months behind on my rent at times.
