I walked in to rent a storage unit, and the front desk gentlemen was friendly, knowledgeable and you showed me several different sizes of units to rent. As I the facility, it looked clean and well maintained. He then walked me through a very easy process to rent the size of storage unit I needed. The cost was less than expected.

I am moving soon and needed a place to temporarily store my things. I applied online and got a call back within 48 hours from Jesse (Jessie?). She was very available and definitely showed a can-do approach without being fake or superficial. She was definitely there to help. There was an issue with the lease and we had to re-do it which put me on a higher floor where I ended up not being ok with. This is an edited review that I completely erased and rewrote because of the kind help we got from the manager and assistant manager here. Recently, my uncle passed away unexpectedly. We had a hard time getting his things in order and knew he had storage, but didn't know where. By the time we figured it out, we'd missed a payment. We called the corporate call center and they weren't very understanding at all and changed us a 20 percent late fee. It was frustrating and unbelievable. So I wrote a pretty harsh yelp review. I just have to say that this is probably the best storage facility I've used yet. And thats a lot. After looking at reviews over a year ago when we were moving out of our home, we checked out Just Store It and were greeted with very friendly helpful service from Keri. She has been great to work with, the facilities are well kept, clean, easily accessed. We had 3 units for our entire house and have been very happy with the choice we made.

I was so lucky to find this place. The price was great, and the facility was clean and secure. It is easy to access and the staff is super friendly. Keri is really helpful and quick to respond to emails. They also provide a good variety of size options. I moved during the rainy season, and my unit was always dry and clean.

This storage facility has been great. From the first time I called for information until I moved in and now I always look forward to talking to Keri or Alysa when I stop by to pay. They make it a happy place to be. It's always clean, dry, and safe feeling. Hope this helps you make up your mind about storing at Wilsonville Just Store It.
